How I Built A System That Actually Works


In 2023, I was just a student studying 24/7 and trying to work out 6 days a week.



Every Monday I'd restart the same routine. By Thursday it was gone.



I tried every productivity app, every routine I found online. Nothing stuck, not because I was lazy, but because I had no system holding it together when motivation disappeared.
